Ignacio, Chairman of Signium International since 2006, has a BS in Business Administration and Economics from the Vigo University.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

He has more than 21 years of experience within the sectors of Consultancy, Industry and Leadership Services. Prior to founding Bao&Partners in 2004, now Signium International Iberia, Ignacio spent 8 years with two major multinational Executive Search firms, H. Neumann International and more recently Heidrick & Struggles, where he held the position of Senior Partner during the last 5 years, managing the Professional Services Practice for Europe and Latin America. Formerly he worked as Division General Manager for various industrial public companies, and he began his career with Arthur Andersen.
